Purchases of Sigma grant a perpetual, non-transferable license to a single named performer. The license may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or used to develop competing products.

All sales are final. Because the product is a professional instrument sold under confidence and delivered instantly, no refunds are issued once a license is activated. Reviewers, testers and invited guests may be granted access at our discretion.

You agree not to publicly describe, film, transcribe, or otherwise disclose the method or private documentation. Violations may result in immediate revocation without refund and, where warranted, legal action.

Mind Tricks is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for lost bookings, damages to reputation, or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
